I was completely outraged by the front desk service. I called multiple times for linens, and they hung up on me! After waiting for help that never came, I eventually had to go down to the front desk and was told to get the linens myself. To make matters worse, I only received half of what I needed and had to deal with the chaos of miscommunication.
